As Partner and Head of AI Project Work at Commons Harbor, he leads the development and implementation of AI and machine learning technologies, helping organizations optimize their processes and harness their data for smarter decision-making and enhanced operational efficiency.

With a career spanning development, research leadership, head of engineering, and chief technology officer roles, Jeff has successfully guided AI and other software initiatives from concept to deployment. He has led commercial product development and government-funded research, serving as a principal investigator and engineering manager on projects ranging from early-stage prototypes to multimillion-dollar initiatives. His hands-on expertise in machine learning, AI, and web-based UI technologies enables him to bridge research innovation with practical, deployable implementation.
