Amanda Rinderle is a recognized thought leader in strategy and digital consulting and a highly regarded strategic advisor and management consultant with nearly two decades of experience guiding top foundations, nonprofits, educational institutions, and corporations in solving complex challenges. As Managing Partner at Commons Harbor, she leads high-impact engagements in strategy development, implementation, and digital transformation, with expertise spanning education, healthcare, and philanthropy.
Amanda has shaped strategic initiatives for some of the nation’s most influential organizations, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Houston Endowment, Hope Chicago, and the Annenberg Institute at Brown University. She has been a trusted advisor to leading K-12 and post-secondary institutions, directing engagements for New England Conservatory, Concord Academy, and large public school systems. Previously, she was a senior consultant at FSG, where she co-led major education initiatives, including strategic planning for Pittsburgh Public Schools and Girard Academy.
Amanda began her consulting career at Oliver Wyman and Trinity Partners (Healthcare Consulting), where she advised Fortune 500 companies on growth strategies and operational excellence. She later founded Quarterdeck Digital/Commons Harbor in 2016, helping organizations translate strategy into execution through digital transformation.
Amanda earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management, graduating with distinction, and a BA from Princeton University, magna cum laude. She continues to give back as an advisor to the Princeton Summer Journalism Program, supporting students from underserved backgrounds in higher education and journalism.
